一步一步来
脚踏实地，不可浮躁。
好高鹜远是修炼人的大忌。
阿弥陀佛
Cultivate step
by step.
Be down-to-earth
and don’t be flighty and rash.
Biting off
more than one can chew is a big taboo for cultivators.
Amitabha!
少打妄念 多念佛！
少想是非 多亲证！
少听人说 信佛说！
Less false
thoughts, more Buddha-name chanting!
Less contention,
more real practice!
Think about the
rights and wrongs as little as possible and realize the truth in person as much
as possible!
Listen to what
others said as little as possible and believe in Buddha’s teachings!
少起妄心 信真心！
少生妄念 信真念！
Listen to false
speech as little as possible and have faith in true speech!
Raise deluded
mind as little as possible and have faith in true mind!
Generate improper
thoughts as little as possible and have faith in true thoughts!
《解倒悬》

眼见耳闻皆虚幻，
无我无住解倒悬。
Relieving the pain of
upside-down hanging

What you see and hear
is all illusory.
Ignorance and distinction
leads to upside-down attachment.
Only when you abide
nowhere without egoistical mind can you relieve those upside-down pains.
