True Love

今日西方情人节
Today is Valentine’s Day.
师父祝福天下有情人早成觉有情！
Osifu blesses all the lovers
under heaven become enlightened Bodhisattvas（or
enlightened living beings）.
一个情字，害了多少苦海沦落人！
The word “love” has brought
damage to so many people who have been indulging in sufferings.
情 是一个很敏感的话题。
“Love” is a very
sensitive topic.
关于情的 法 很难讲的。
It is difficult to expound
about Love.
说破了
说透了 说穿了，众生接受不了。
All living beings cannot
accept it if it is told pellucidly and bluntly.
不说破
不说透 不说穿，众生执著爱欲沉沦。
If not so, all living
beings will cling to the love passion and be trapped.
多少众生“为情所困”！陷入爱欲沉迷无法自拔！
Countless living beings have
been trapped into Love and cannot extricate themselves!
多少众生“为情所迷”！陷入爱欲沉迷无法自拔！
Countless living beings have
been stuck into Love and cannot extricate themselves!
多少众生“为情所缚”！陷入爱欲沉迷无法自拔！
Countless living beings have
been tied up by Love and cannot extricate themselves!
自古有言“英雄难过美人关”。
There is an ancient
saying: “the hero becomes a prisoner of beauty because of love’
古往今来，多少痴男怨女迷情失德、贪欲背道。
Since time immemorial,
countless men and women are addicted to love and lust so that they go against laws
and morality.
名关、利关、钱财关、情关等诸种修心修行修炼中要通透的关卡考验，此情关障住了多少修炼人呀！
The barriers of fame、profits、wealth
and love and etc need to be broken through during the practice; however,
countless practioners cannot get through the barrier of love.
师父见证了很多卡于情关无法通透动弹之人。
Osifu has witnessed many
people who could not get through the barrier of love so that they could not
extricate themselves.
师父见证了很多卡于情关，退转道心，陷于爱欲情欲之人。
Osifu has witnessed many
people who were addicted to love and lust and stuck in the barrier of love, so
they retreated from their resolve for Bodhi.
师父见证了很多卡于情关，为情背道，逆天而行，贬下凡尘之人。
Osifu has witnessed many
people who were reduced to the mundane land from the Heaven because they were
stuck in the barrier of the love, so they went against the Law and principles
of universe because of love.
“自古多情空遗恨，此恨绵绵无绝期”这句话虽很哀怨，但也直白
‘Since ancient times the
passionate people would only leave behind pity and hate, and this hate continuing has no
unique period.’ This sentence is very
plaintive and sorrow while straightforward.
因为情，多少天人贬下凡尘！
Because of love, countless
Celestial Beings were reduced to the mundane land.
因为情，多少凡人痛失人身！
Because of love, countless
ordinary persons lost their physical bodies.
因为情，多少众生道法不信！
Because of love, countless
living beings do not believe the Law and the principles of universe.
因为情，多少神佛血泪流尽！
Because of love,
countless Divinities and Buddhas have shed their tears and blood.
因为情，多少仙圣苦口婆心！
Because of love, countless
Immortal and Sages have tried their utmost efforts but in vain.
神佛仙圣真的情是大慈大悲！
Divinities’ love is of great
compassion!
神佛仙圣真的情是无我无为！
Divinities’ love is of non-self
and unconditioning.
神佛仙圣真的情是无欲无求！
Divinities’ love is of no
desires and to no seeking.
神佛仙圣真的情是无贪无嗔！
Divinities’ love is of no
greed and no hatred.
神佛仙圣真的情是清净平等！
Divinities’ love is of equality
and purification.
神佛仙圣真的情是至纯至净！
Divinities’ love is pure
and clean.
神佛仙圣真的情是奉献不停！
Divinities’ love is everlasting
dedication.
神佛仙圣真的情是光爱至诚！
Divinities’ love is
sincere light and love!
神佛仙圣真的情是同体同心！
Divinities’ love is one
heart and one body!
神佛仙圣真的情是唤醒沉沦！
Divinities’ love is to
awake those trapped in illusion.
神佛仙圣真的情是点化痴冥！
Divinities’ love is to
guide the barmiest.
神佛仙圣真的情是直指归心！
Divinities’ love is to guide
the sentient being to return the self!
神佛仙圣真的情是引领亿灵！
Divinities’ love is to
guide all living beings returning home!
神佛仙圣真的情是回归佛心！
Divinities’ love is to guide
all living beings return the Cosmos-source.
神佛仙圣真的情是性海归真！
Divinities’ love is to
guide all living being go back to the Bhutatathata Ocean.
神佛仙圣真的情是宙心无生！
Divinities’ love is to
tell all living being the birthlessness of the Cosmos-source.
神佛仙圣真的情是如如空灵！
Divinities’ love is the
motionless emptiness.
妙哉妙哉至真情，
大慈大悲不沉沦。
至亲至爱至纯净，
无我无欲无私心。
So wonderful is the utmost
true love.
It is the great kindness
and compassion that never makes people falling down.
It is the utmost affection,
the utmost love and the utmost purification.
It is egoless, desireless
and selfless.
若问此情当何名，
此情在心不在身。
此情不在身亲近，
亿灵本来同法身。
If you ask what name
should be given to this kind of affection?
It does not rest upon
body but in heart.
It does not mean the
intimacy of bodies.
All living beings share
the same Dharmakaya.
此情不在欲中行，
情欲不除陷沉沦。
此情绵绵期无尽，
诸佛菩萨度家亲。
This kind of love is not
hidden in desires.
One will sink into vices
if he doesn’t detach from the desires for love.
The desire for passion continuing has no unique period.
Higher dimensional
beings have been rescuing their families.
苦海慈舟行不停，
倒驾慈航唤亲人。
佛子若问何为情，
大慈大悲情至真。
Compassionate ferryboats
sail in the misery ocean never stop.
Compassionately returned
to the mundane world to call for the loved ones.
If the children of
Buddhas ask what the love is.
The great kindness and
compassion is true love.
就以此偈《情至真》，作为今日开示的结语吧。
南无阿弥陀佛！
Let’s conclude today’s
speech by the verse The True Love.
Namo Amitabha!
有的弟子有缘人问：若没有情，世界岂不是没有人了？
师父不想答复此类问题。不妨参悟地藏王菩萨的大愿---在佛前立下宏大誓愿：“为是罪苦六道众生广设方便，尽令解脱，而我自身方成佛道。”
Some followers and predestined
friends ask: ‘If there is no love, there will be no people in the world?’ Osifu
doesn’t want to answer such question. You may refer to and think over
Ksitigarbha’s great vows--- vows brought forth in front of the Buddha: ‘I shall
not attain the Buddhahood before I help all living being who have been
suffering in the six destines release
from the transmigration circle of birth and death and make all more convenient to
them.’
有弟子有缘人问：若不吃肉、喝酒、抽烟，饭店还怎么开下去呀？
答复：宇宙没有要求一定要开饭店。人类可以开素食店，不喝酒、不吃肉、不抽烟、人会活得更美好。
Some followers and predestined
friends ask: ‘If we don’t eat meat，drink
alcohol and smoke, how does the restaurant run?’ The reply is: ‘the universe never
requires human beings to run restaurants; the human beings may run vegetarian
restaurants. No eating meat，no
drinking and no smoking will make the human beings a better life.
