Scientific Development

今年初春有些冷。
It is a little cold in
the early spring this year.
吃早餐时看了一会儿新闻，平时没有时间看电视。
I watched TV for a while
having breakfast as I usually have no time to do that.
很多国家和地区遭遇严寒风雪。
Many countries and
regions suffered severe storms and bitter cold.
师父祝福严寒风雪中的亲人，平安度过这段艰苦的日子。
Osifu blesses those
relatives who are suffering severe storms and bitter cold, get it through
safely.
师父祝福严寒风雪中失去生命的亲人，蒙佛接引往生善处。
Osifu blesses those
relatives who were killed in the severe storms and bitter cold, their souls are
guided to a good place by the Buddha.
师父祝福严寒风雪中失去生命的生灵，蒙佛接引往生善处。
Osifu blesses the sentient
beings who were killed in the severe storms and bitter cold, their souls are
guided to a good place by the Buddha.
“全球变暖”还是“全球变冷”不是专家学者说得清的。宇宙规律、自然法则在起作用。
Scholars and experts cannot
make it clear whether the earth becomes warm or cold. It is the cosmic laws and
natural rules that work behind the scene.
师父不是专家也不是学者，只是一个普通老百姓。
但师父知道人类必须无条件遵循宇宙规律、自然法则、人体科学。
Osifu is neither an
expert nor a scholar but an ordinary person; however, Osifu knows that humankind
must conform to the cosmic laws, natural rules and body science unconditionally.
我们不可以再“涸泽而渔焚林而猎”了！
We must not to do such things
like drying the river out to fish or
burning the forest down to hunt!
我们不可以再“破坏自然挑战极限”了！
We must not destroy the nature or challenge the limit
again!
我们不可以再“破坏地球破坏家园”了！
We must not destroy the earth or the homeland again!
我们不可以再“敲骨吸髓肆无忌惮”了！
We must not break the bones and sucking the marrow
unscrupulously again!
师父知道，已经很难停下来了。更别说，回头调整了。
As Osifu knows, it is
difficult to stop, let alone to invert and adjust.
“可持续发展”是英明的，可是落实最关键。
Sustainable
development is a wise policy; however, the
implementation is the key part.
“科学发展”是英明的，可是落实最关键。
Scientific
development is a wise policy; however, the
implementation is the key part.
“平衡发展”是英明的，可是落实最关键。
Balanced development
is a wise policy; however, the implementation is the key part.
怎么办？怎么办？怎么办？
What should we do?

不是没有办法。而是如何落实。
It isn’t no way out, but
how to implement it.
不是没有方案。而是如何执行。
It isn’t no plan out,
but how to be carried it out.
不是没有理念。而是如何践行。
It isn’t no idea out,
but how to be practiced it.
科学发展观，我们应当践行，每一个人都应当践行。
We should practice the
scientific development, so should everyone.
可持续发展，我们应当践行，每一个人都应当践行。
We should practice the
sustainable development, so should everyone.
平衡发展，我们应当践行，每一个人都应当践行。
We should practice the
balanced development, so should everyone.
师父曾经深入研读马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平文集、三个代表理论、科学发展观文著。里面的论述太精辟了！
Osifu has studied
carefully the literatures such as the marxism-leninism, the Mao Zedong thoughts
and Deng Xiaoping’s memoirs, the three represents theory, the scientific
concept of development, and the exposition within which are brilliant.
非常值得学习倡导。当然，最关键的是落实！
They are worth studying,
of course, the implementation is the key part!
师父非常喜欢辩证唯物主义思想。
Osifu likes very much
the dialectical materialism thoughts
师父敬重这些推动人类文明发展的伟人们！向他们致敬！
Osifu looks up to those
great men who pushed the advancement of human civilization. Honor them!
他们的功绩不可磨灭。已经载入历史，并且永不褪色。
Their achievements are indelible,
which have been recorded in the history, never fading.
每到人类历史发展到关键时期，都有先知先觉的人走在前面。
Whenever human history entered
into a crucial moment，
there were always foresighted persons going ahead of others.
师父认为这些为人类文明发展做出突出贡献的伟人是天才。
Osifu thinks that these
great men are geniuses who made outstanding contributions for the progress of human
civilization .
呵呵
当然，人本来都可以成为天才的。
Well, of course, all human
beings should have become geniuses.
佛说“一切众生本来具足如来智慧德相。”这是真实不虚的。为何大多数人无法成为天才，更无法成佛呢？
The Buddha said:“All
human beings have everything that the Buddha has."It is absolutely true. However,
why most of people cannot become a genius, let alone become a Buddha ?
佛说“唯因妄想不能证得。”
The Buddha said：“It
is the false thought that makes human beings not be able to attain that."
如何成为天才，进而成佛呢？
How to become a genius
and further become a Buddha ?
佛说“若离妄想，一切智，自然智，即得现前。”
The Buddha said：“If
detach from the delusion that all wisdom and natural wisdom will appear instantaneously."
原来成为天才如此简单！
Becoming a genius turns
out to be so easy!
原来成佛如此简易！
Becoming a Buddha turns out
to be so simple!
释迦佛这段开示非常重要，内涵三藏十二部经。
That paragraph
discoursed by Shakyamuni Buddha was very important and which covered all the Three
Buddhist Canons and its Twelve Divisions.
师父和大家一起重温一下：
Let's go it over
together once more:
释迦牟尼世尊于菩提树下睹明星悟道之际，世尊云：“奇哉奇哉，一切众生，皆具如来智慧德相，但因妄想执着，不能证得，若离妄想，一切智，自然智，即得现前。”
Seeing the star, Shakyamuni
Buddha achieved the ultimate enlightenment under the Bodhi tree and
said:"Wonderful, Wonderful, all living beings have everything that the Buddha
has. It is the delusion that makes human beings not attains that. If detach
from the delusion, all wisdom and natural wisdom will come out promptly."

冷能够让我们冷静而不狂躁。
Coldness can make us not
manic but calm.
冷能够让我们反思而不狂热。
Coldness can make us not
crazy but self-reflective.
冷能够让我们反省而不疯狂。
Coldness can make us not
mad but introspective.
冷能够让我们平静而不妄想。
Coldness can make us not
delusional but peaceful.
冷有冷的好处，一切皆有因缘。
Coldness has its
advantage while everything happens with causes behind.
冷有冷的妙谛，一切皆有悟处。
Coldness has its fine
truth while everything deserves to be comprehended.
冷有冷的法道，一切皆有规律。
Coldness has its own Law
while everything has its rule.
师父要说的就是“我们该觉醒、觉知、觉悟了！”
Osifu wants to tell
you:“It's time for awakening、awareness
and enlightenment!
已经够冷了！
不是吗？
It's cold enough! Isn't
it?
时刻祝福大家！
Miss and recall you all every
moment!
南无阿弥陀佛！
