The Way of Cultivation

舟子曰：有张有弛，修炼之道。
〇sifu said: Tension and relaxation is alternated，which is the principle for cultivation.
念佛诵经不是任务。
Buddha recitation and sutras chanting is not a task.
很多修行人都是一脚度船一脚贼船，故不能成就。
Many practitioners have one foot in the salvation vehicle and the other foot in pirate ship, that is why they can't make achievement.
很多修行人都是一脚莲台一脚油锅，故不能成就。
Many practitioners have one foot in a lotus tower and the other foot in a hot oil pan, that is why they can't make achievement.
很多修行人都是一脚莲池一脚孽海，故不能成就。
Many practitioners have one foot in the lotus pool and the other foot in the vicious sea, that is why they can't make achievement.
很多修行人都是一脚彼岸一脚此岸，故不能成就。
Many practitioners have one foot on the Nirvana Shore and the other foot in sufferings waters, that is why they can't make achievement.
舟子曰：三心二意修行人，历尽苦难终沉沦。
〇sifu said: A half-hearted practitioner will eventually sink into illusions again after going through sufferings and difficulties.
其实每个人都是自己的主人，只不过是有的人是妄心做主，有的人是真心做主。
In fact, everyone is master of himself. However, someone is led by his false mind while someone is led by his true mind.
每一个人成长都需要一个过程，只不过是有的人成长的又稳又快又好，有的人或偏执或懈怠或止步或倒退或坠落.
Time is needed for the growth of each person.
Someone grows up smoothly, quickly and well, while someone may off the track stubbornly, or slack off, or stop, or retreat, or fall down.
天界是清净的，污浊之人升不上去。
The Heaven is pure and the foul is unable to promote up there.
莲台是清净的，污浊之人坐不上去。
The Lotus tower is pure and the foul is unable to have a seat there.
净土是清净的，污浊之人往生不去。
Pure land is pure and the foul is unable to be reborn there.
神位是清净的，污浊之人坐不上去。
The position of Deity is pure and the foul is unable to ascend up there.
仙位是清净的，污浊之人坐不上去。
The position of Immortal is pure and the foul is unable to promote up there.
圣位是清净的，污浊之人坐不上去。
The position of Saint is pure and the foul is unable to ascend up there.
罗汉位是清净的，污浊之人坐不上去。
The position of Arhat is pure and the foul is unable to promote up there.
菩萨位是清净的，污浊之人坐不上去。
The position of Bodhisattva is pure and the foul is unable to ascend up there.
佛位是清净的，污浊之人坐不上去。
The position of Buddha is pure and the foul is unable to promote up there.
弟子们！莫打妄想，净下心来。净化身心、升华身心，不求不贪，无我净心直向前！功到自然成！
My followers! Don't make false thoughts and purify your mind. Purify and sublimate both your body and mind without desires and ego. Go ahead with a pure mind! Constant effort yields sure success.
弟子们！净化你们的身心，升华你们的身心，开启你们的自性佛吧！
My followers ! Purify and sublimate both your body and mind. Enlighten the Buddha Nature inside you!
做一个自在人！
Be a free man!
做一个随缘人！
Be one who performs according to situation!
住院有人来看望，就要请客吃饭，吃素世俗看来显然不行的。
Someone comes to see you when you are in hospital, and you have to invite the visitor for dinner. It's obviously impracticable to have vegetarian diet in the secular eyes.
娑婆世界，如法修行确实很难。
It's really difficult to cultivate in accordance with teachings of the Buddha in the Saha world.
娑婆世界，逆道而行确实至易。
It's really easy to practice against teachings of the Buddha in the Saha world.
造恶容易修善难。
Doing evil is easy while practicing all virtues is difficult.
坠落容易上升难。
Falling down is easy while subliming is difficult.
得病容易祛病难。
Falling ill is easy while recovering is difficult.
造业容易消业难。
Creating negative karma is easy while cleaning karma is difficult.
欠债容易还债难。
Owing debts is easy while paying debts is difficult.
结怨容易解怨难。
Grudge is easy while forgiveness is difficult.
结婚容易离婚难。
Getting married is easy while getting divorce is difficult.
披枷容易解锁难。
Confining in shackles is easy while unlocking it is difficult.
轮回容易解脱难。
Transmigrating is easy while nirvana is difficult.
沉沦容易出离难。
Delusion and downfall is easy while forsaking it is difficult.
污染容易净化难。
Being fouled is easy while purifying is difficult.
懈怠容易精进难。
Slacking off is easy while diligence is difficult.
邪道容易正道难。
Falling into evil cult is easy while stepping onto the right path is difficult.
邪法容易正法难。
Following evil cult is easy while following the Proper Dharma is difficult.
小道容易大道难。
Practicing the trifling method is easy while practicing the great Way is difficult.
沉迷容易回归难。
Indulging is easy while returning is difficult.
失道容易得道难。
Losing the Way is easy while attaining the Way is difficult.
学道容易守道难。
Learning the Way is easy while holding on to it is difficult.
佛学容易学佛难。
The Buddhism studying is easy while Practicing Buddha Dharma is difficult.
口头容易实行难。
Oral speaking is easy while practicing is difficult.
形式容易本元难。
Form is easy while restoring the original essence is difficult.
解悟容易证悟难。
Analyzing realization is easy while the verification of it is difficult.
说法容易行道难。
Dharma speaking is easy while practice the Way is difficult.
讲经容易亲证难。
Sutras expounding is easy while personal verification is difficult.
开口容易闭口难。
Opening the mouth is easy while closing the mouth is difficult.
动心容易不动难。
Tempting the mind is easy while an motionless mind is difficult.
著相容易无相难。
Clinging to the outer forms is easy while getting rid of it is difficult.
来去容易如来难。
Coming and leaving is easy while to be a Tathagata is difficult.
分别容易平等难。
Differentiation is easy while equality is difficult.
执著容易放下难。
Persistence is easy while putting everything down is difficult.
心邪容易心正难。
Evil is easy while righteousness is difficult.
心恶容易心善难。
Vice is easy while kindness is difficult.
心染容易心净难。
Attachment is easy while purification is difficult.
心疑容易心诚难。
Suspicion is easy while sincerity is difficult.
心妄容易心真难。
Delusion is easy while a true mind is difficult.
心乱容易心定难。
Distraction is easy while concentration is difficult.
呵呵
