这会儿时间尚早，有的弟子有缘人还在梦中。呵呵！
真好，你们很幸福、很有福、很幸运，你们又迎来了一个全新的一天。
Well, it is still early at this moment, some
disciples and predestined friends are still in dreams.
So nice! You are very happy, very fortunate and
very lucky because you are able to greet an entirely new day again.
这会儿时间不早，有的弟子有缘人还在梦中。呵呵！
真好，你们很幸福、很有福、很幸运，你们得人身闻佛法修圣道。
Well, it is still early at the moment, some
disciples and predestined friends are still in dreams.
So nice! You are very happy, very fortunate and
very lucky because you had a chance to dress in a mortal body, studying Buddhism and practicing the Way in
the manners of Sages.
师父没有时间做梦、没有时间睡觉、没有时间懈怠，太多的事情需要做、太多的法需要演、太多的道需要行。
〇sifu has no time to
dream, no time to sleep and no time to slack off, because too many things need
to be done, too much dharma needs to be demonstrated and too much of the Way
needs to be performed.
岂是一个忙字了得。
The word “busy” can never define it!
呵呵！
师父昨天有一个偈子《笑捋髯》，可能有的弟子有缘人看了觉得很奇怪，师父也不是须发皆白、长须飘飘的老神仙，怎么会“笑捋髯”呢？
Well, Osifu wrote a verse stroking his beard with smile, which may
puzzles some of disciples and predestined friends. Osifu isn’t an old Immortal with white hair and long beard.
How can he stroke the beard with smile?
师父自己看了《笑捋髯》，也是摸摸光下巴会心一笑，是呀，师父也曾想修长胡子，可是怎么也长不长，况且即使长长了也不白，即使又长又白也比不上太上老君的飘然逍遥。
Osifu himself also strokes
his smooth chin with a hearty laugh while reading the verse stroking his beard with smile. Well, Osifu also wants to wear long beard as well. However,
it has never grown long anyway. And even if it grows long, it isn’t white,
either. Even though it got long and white, it could not be compared with Lord
Laotse’s beard floating in the air free and unfettered.
也罢也罢，还是每天剃光胡子茬吧。
Well,well. Osifu might as well shave off the
stubble every day.
况且师父的长相也不敢恭维，太对不起弟子有缘人了，离大家的期望还有很大距离。既没有元始天尊的仙风道骨，也没有释迦牟尼的法相庄严。真是人间“献丑”了。
In addition, Osifu’s looks can’t be
complimented, either, which would disappoint the disciples and predestined
friends because of the long distance from your expectations. Osifu has neither the demeanor of a transcendent
being of the Superiorman Primordial Supreme nor stately appearance of Shakyamuni.
It is really to show off “my ugly face” on the earth.
你们呀，如果不是实在没有办法了就不要见师父，因为很多时候见了后，失望大于期望。师父长得太普通、太平常、太不帅了。
You’d better not visit Osifu if there is indeed
no other way out, because in many cases the disappointment might be greater
than expectation after meeting Osifu. Osifu is a common man who
is too ordinary and is far away from good-looking.
师父没有什么过人之处、没有什么超长之处、没有什么高明之处。如果不是没有选择就不要跟着师父修行，太多的高人、高僧、高师等着你们去呢。
Osifu has nothing superior
to others, and has neither talents nor wisdom superior to others. You’d better
not follow Osifu for your practice as there are too many superiors and eminent
monks as well as senior masters waiting for you.
说句心里话，带太多弟子师父有些累。
很有“鸭梨”。
Tell you the truth, Osifu is a little bit tired with
too many disciples.
Too many pears! ( A Chinese calembour, its pronunciation
sounds same as pressure).
Too much pressure!
今天话题会很轻松，顺便给你们披露一个鲜为人知的内幕：凡是诚心诚意跟着师父修行的弟子都不怎么聪明。
（因为师父不聪明，怎么可能带得了聪明的弟子。）
Today's topic will be very relaxed. By the way,
a little-known insider is made publicly to you: All those disciples who faithfully
and sincerely follow Osifu for cultivation are
not very smart.
(Because 〇sifu isn’t intelligent, how can he be able to instruct smart disciples?)
顺便给你们披露第二个鲜为人知的内幕：凡是诚心诚意追随师父修行的弟子都不怎么有心计。
（因为师父没有心计，怎么可能带得了有心计弟子。）
By the way, the second little-known insider is
made publicly to you: All those disciples who faithfully and sincerely follow Osifu for cultivation are not very scheming.
(Because 〇sifu isn’t scheming, how can he be able to instruct scheming disciples?)
顺便给你们披露第三个鲜为人知的内幕：凡是诚心诚意追随师父修行的弟子都很辛苦。
（因为师父很辛苦，怎么可能让他们不辛苦。）
By the way, the third little-known insider is
made publicly to you: All those disciples who faithfully and sincerely follow Osifu for cultivation are painstaking.
(Because 〇sifu is very painstaking, how can he make them not be painstaking?)
顺便给你们披露第四个鲜为人知的内幕：凡是诚心诚意追随师父修行的弟子都很清贫。
（因为师父很清贫，怎么可能让他们不清贫。）
By the way, the fourth little-known insider is
made publicly to you: All those disciples who faithfully and sincerely follow Osifu for cultivation are not rich.
(Because 〇sifu is not rich, how can he make them rich?)
顺便给你们披露第五个鲜为人知的内幕：凡是诚心诚意追随师父修行的弟子都很精进。
（因为师父很精进，怎么可能让他们懈怠。）
By the way, the fifth little-known insider is
made publicly to you: All those disciples who faithfully and sincerely follow Osifu for cultivation are very diligent.
(Because 〇sifu cultivates
diligently, how can he allow them
to slack off?)
顺便给你们披露第六个鲜为人知的内幕：凡是诚心诚意追随师父修行的弟子都很神奇。
（因为师父太平常，怎么可能让他们也平常。绿叶需要鲜花衬嘛！师父是绿叶，弟子们是鲜花。）
By the way, the sixth little-known insider is
made publicly to you: All those disciples who faithfully and sincerely follow Osifu for cultivation are miraculous.
(Because 〇sifu is too ordinary, how
can he make them ordinary, either? Flowers need to be set off by green leaves! 〇sifu is a green leaf
while disciples are flowers. )
顺便给你们披露第七个鲜为人知的内幕：凡是诚心诚意追随师父修行的弟子都很不可思议。
（因为师父太普通，怎么可能让他们也普通。大树需要硕果衬嘛！师父是大树，弟子们是硕果。）
By the way, the seventh little-known insider is
made publicly to you: All those disciples who faithfully and sincerely follow Osifu for cultivation are very incredible.
(Because Master is too common, how can he make them common, either? A big tree
needs to be set off by rich fruits! 〇sifu is the big tree while
disciples are rich fruits. )
顺便给你们披露第八个鲜为人知的内幕：师父和弟子基本上每天都吃饭喝水。尤其是师父喝水还不少呢，一讲起法来，要喝好几杯。
By the way, the eighth little-known insider is
made publicly to you: Osifu and disciples
basically have meals and drink water every day. Especially 〇sifu drinks a lot while in
dharma discoursing，drinking several cups.
顺便给你们披露第九个鲜为人知的内幕：师父和弟子出门弘法没有赤脚步行，很多时候都坐车坐船。尤其是师父做的不够好，想学释迦牟尼佛赤脚传法，又没有学到位，很惭愧。
By the way, the ninth little-known insider is
made publicly to you: 〇sifu and disciples going out
to promote Buddha dharma do not walk barefoot but take cars or boats.
Especially 〇sifu feels that he doesn’t do well enough, who wants to
learn Shakyamuni Buddha to promote Buddha dharma by barefoot but far from
enough, which makes 〇sifu feeling very ashamed.
顺便给你们披露第十个鲜为人知的内幕：师父和弟子都没做到“树下一宿”，还要租房子、住农家乐。尤其是师父做的不够好，想学释迦牟尼佛“树下一宿”，又没有学到家，很惭愧。
By the way, the tenth little-known insider is
made publicly to you: 〇sifu and disciples all
failed to spend the nights under trees, but still need to rent a house and live
in the rural
home inns.
Especially〇sifu feels he doesn’t do well enough, who wants to learn
Shakyamuni Buddha to spend the nights under trees but far from enough, which
makes 〇sifu feel very ashamed.
顺便给你们披露第十一个鲜为人知的内幕：师父和弟子朝山拜佛都要买门票。这一点师父更羞愧，是师父威德不够，风景区、收费站、寺庙、宫观都不给“薄面”，少了一文都不让进。
By the way, the eleventh little-known insider is
made publicly to you: 〇sifu and disciples all
need to buy tickets when make pilgrimage to mountains and worship Buddha, which
makes 〇sifu feel even more ashamed. 〇sifu
doesn’t have
awesome majesty and virtue so that the scenic spots, toll stations, temples and Taoist temples all don’t give
face and wasn’t let in even if a shortage of one penny.
顺便给你们披露第十二个鲜为人知的内幕：师父和弟子都是凡人、都是小人物、都是老百姓。没有什么大来头，更没有金字招牌。
By the way, the twelfth little-known insider is
made publicly to you: 〇sifu and disciples are
all ordinary persons, small potatoes and common people. They all have no outstanding
background and even have no gold-lettered signboard.
你们修心修行修炼不要依赖我们，成就要靠你自己。
You should not rely on us for your mind discipline,
cultivation and practice. Accomplishment in the Bodhi way depends on yourself.
今天话题很轻松，顺便给大家说说家常话、唠唠嗑。
Today's topic is relaxing, and having a small
chat with all of you by the way.
谈到朝山礼佛，我们的目的很多的。可不是去旅游观光的。
When it comes to making pilgrimage to mountains
and worshipping the Buddha, we have many purposes but not for tour or sightseeing.
朝山礼佛目的一：
祈福：国泰民安 风调雨顺
The first purpose of making pilgrimage to
mountains and worshipping the Buddha:
Pray for: May the country flourishes and people enjoy prosperity!
朝山礼佛目的二：
共愿：宇宙祥和 天下太平
The second purpose of making pilgrimage to
mountains and worshipping the Buddha:
Same wish: Wish a harmonious universe! May all under the Heaven is at peace!
朝山礼佛目的三：
同行：效法佛圣 感应道交
The third purpose of making pilgrimage to
mountains and worshipping the Buddha:
Practice together: Follow the examples of Buddhas
and Saints! Be responding
to Buddhas and communicate with living beings!
朝山礼佛目的四：
同修：广结善缘 同修佛道
The fourth purpose of making pilgrimage to
mountains and worshipping the Buddha:
Cultivate together: Widely make good affinity
with others and practice the Way together!
朝山礼佛目的五：
同步：顺天调整 阴阳平衡
The fifth purpose of making pilgrimage to
mountains and worshipping the Buddha:
Synchronization: Adjust ourselves by conforming
to the Heaven and keep the balance between Yin and Yang!
朝山礼佛目的六：
同频：顺道提升 波波同振
The sixth purpose of making pilgrimage to
mountains and worshipping the Buddha:
One frequency: Comply with the Way to achieve
ascension and resonate in same waves!
朝山礼佛目的七：
同体：融入自然 融入宇宙
The seventh purpose of making pilgrimage to
mountains and worshipping the Buddha:
One body: Integrate into the nature and the
universe!
朝山礼佛目的八：
同心：佛吾本一 吾佛不二
The eighth purpose of making pilgrimage to mountains
and worshipping the Buddha:
One heart: Buddha and I are actually one but not
two.
朝山礼佛目的九：
同源：万法归一 万教归宗
The ninth purpose of making pilgrimage to
mountains and worshipping the Buddha:
One source: All dharma evolve into oneness and
all religions integrate into one sect!
朝山礼佛目的十：
同归：圆满使命 圆满回归
The tenth purpose of making pilgrimage to mountains
and worshipping the Buddha:
Return home together: Accomplish our mission perfectly
and return to the original source successfully!
朝山礼佛功德不可思议，若若以言表，穷劫难尽，简言其十，行者自悟。
The merits and virtues of making pilgrimage to
mountains and worshipping the Buddha are incredible. If these are expressed in
language, it will take countless kalpa not to finish talking about it. In brief, ten purposes were listed and the practitioners
are expected to comprehend those yourselves.
接下来的日子，若有机缘我们还会去朝峨眉，礼敬普贤菩萨，效法普贤菩萨行愿。南无普贤菩萨！
The next days, if there is a chance, we will
make pilgrimage to Mount Emei, worship Samantabhadra Bodhisattva and follow Samantabhadra
Bodhisattva’s action and vows. Namo Samantabhadra bodhisattva!
今日就讲到这里吧！ 〇说而已，仅供弟子有缘人参悟。 希望能够对弟子有缘人有所启发。
So much for today! What were presented are messages from Osifu, just
for the disciples and predestined friends’ reference.
Hopefully it would enlighten the inspirations of all disciples and
predestined friends.
