Celestial Parents are Waiting for You

你们6:00起床不是说都坐在电脑前，而是洗漱完毕各自精进即可
It is not necessary for all of you to sit in front of the computer after
getting up at 6:00 am; instead you should start your cultivation diligently after
your wash gargle is finished.
师父 一般在7:00开示8:00结束，并且是隔日开示。
Osifu usually gives teachings every other day beginning at 7 o’clock and
ending at 8 o’clock
八月十五 新的开始
August 15th, a new beginning!
各自自觉 严格要求自己
Each of you should be conscious and strict on yourselves.
做一个在家的出家人
Behave as you were a monk or nun at home.
并且要做的比出家人都好
Even behave better than those real monks or nuns.
今天是农历八月十五，中秋佳节，在此师父祝福众弟子有缘人：

Shining Over the Great
Chiliocosm

The moon is always full
and bright at the Mid-Autumn Day, and the colorful clouds chase the Moon but
never get rid of the sky.
My heart is like the
bright moon hanging over the sky with nothing attached in mind, which is like
the moon shining over the great chiliocosm.
A verse is written at Mid-Autumn Day only
for disciples and predestined friends to study and reflect.
按照世俗雅致，应当在中秋之夜和大家一起吃月饼、品香茗、吟诗作对，欢度佳节。可是晚上师父还要给弟子有缘人开示。
所以，师父早上先写，你们细品吧！
According to the secular practices, we should stay together in the Mid-Autumn
night eating moon cakes, sipping tea, making poems and couplets to celebrate
the festive. But Osifu has to give teachings tonight so that I write some
verses down in morning for you to think and reflect.

中秋佳节明月净，
月光如水洒凡尘。
净天净地净人心，
光光相融本妙明。

Actually the Excellent
Wisdom

The moon is so clear and
pure at the Mid-Autumn
Day, which is like water sprinkling over the mundane land.
It would purify the
Heaven and the Earth as well as the human minds, and the light of all immersing
into each other is actually the excellent wisdom.

中秋佳节倍思亲，
团圆天伦人常情。
人间亲眷热腾腾，
天上宫阙冷清清。

Deserted and Cheerless

People doubly think of
their loved ones at the Mid-Autumn Day, and it is natural happiness for the families
to have a reunion.
The families in the
mundane land get together cheerfully on this special occasion but the celestial
palaces are deserted and cheerless.
A verse is written at Mid-Autumn Day for
disciples and predestined friends to study and reflect.
《盼归程》
冷冷清清清清冷，
白发老人孤伶仃。
儿孙亿万下界行，
翘首期盼盼归程。

Looking Forward to the
Returning Journey

It is cheerless and
deserted in the Heaven palaces, and the old people in white hair remain alone
solitarily.
Hundreds of millions of
their children and grandchildren descended to the mundane world and they are
eagerly looking forward to their returning journey.
A verse is written at Mid-Autumn Day for
disciples and predestined friends to study and reflect.
呵呵，一边吃早点，一边给大家奉献。
Well, Osifu is giving teachings while eating breakfast.
虽然有些不恭敬，但争分夺秒呀！
Although it is a little bit not respectful but every second counts.
一边给大家奉献，一边吃早点。
Dedication is made while eating breakfast.
老母亲亲手做的煎饼，反复地催师父用餐，担心煎饼凉了不好吃了。
My old mother homemade pancakes, repeatedly urging me to have my
breakfast for fear that it would be not that tasty when cooled.
师父最感恩的人就是老母亲。
Old mother is the person that Osifu mostly fells gratitude for.
老母亲每天5点多就会起床。这么多年来，雷打不动。
Old mother gets up at 5 o’clock every day and nothing could interrupt her
for years.
老母亲功课做得很扎实。净佛堂、供佛、礼佛、上香、念佛、修炼。
Old mother has done her practices and cultivation solidly indeed. She
cleans the ashram, presents offerings, pays homage, burns incense, recites the name
of Buddha and does her practices.
老母亲没有上过学，是文盲。虽说年轻时参加过“扫盲”识字班，也只认识几十个字而已。
Old mother had no schooling and is illiterate. Although she participated
in the literacy classes in her youth, she just knew only a few dozens of words.
老母亲无法诵经，师父就给她讲，给她念。
Old mother can not chant sutra, so Osifu reads and gives teachings for
her.
老母亲以念佛为主，辅以修炼。
Old mother’s cultivation is mainly reciting the name of the Buddha supplemented
by the Secret-in-Secret Cultivation Method practicing.
老母亲很有毅力，持之以恒。
Old mother cultivates herself with perseverance.
老母亲无所求，她坚信她的儿子。
Old mother requires for nothing but believes in her son firmly.
老母亲喜欢神话电视，尤为敬重佛祖、观音。
Old mother likes watching television programs about the myths,
particularly respects the Lord Buddha and Guangyin.
老母亲愿生西方极乐国，从不贪求五欲六尘。
Old mother is willing to reborn to the Western Land of Ultimate Bliss and
never craves for the five desires and six perceptions.
谈及老母亲，师父有说不完的赞叹，道不尽的感恩。
While talking about old mother, Osifu has too much appreciations and
gratitude.
老母亲是对师父影响最大的人。
Old mother is the most influential person for Osifu.
若没有老母亲也没有师父。
There is no old mother, there is no Osifu.
老母亲对师父最大的教导之一就是：善。
One of the meaningful lessens that old mother has gave to Osifu is
kindness.
一心向善，师父永远受益。
Devoted to be kindhearted and Osifu will always benefit from it.
在师父的眼里老母亲就是天上的圆月，如此的明亮光洁，岁月愈久，愈发的光彩照人。
In Osifu’s eyes that old mother is the bright moon in the sky, so clean
and pure, even more brilliant as many years passed.
在师父的心里老母亲就是佛，如此的圆满，没有一丝一毫的瑕疵，没有一丝一毫的不足。
In Osifu’s heart that old mother is the Buddha Himself, so perfect
without the tinniest bit of flaw or the tinniest bit of defect.
如果你听懂了师父的意思，你就会知道接下来师父会讲什么。
If you understand what Osifu is talking about, you will know what Osifu
is going to talk about next.
师父要告诉你们：你们的父母同样值得你发自内心的赞叹和颂扬。
Osifu tells you that your parents are also worth your praise and
glorification.
师父要告诉你们：你们的父母同样值得你发自内心的感恩和孝敬。
Osifu tells you that your parents are also worth your heartfelt gratitude
and respect.
师父要告诉你们：你们的父母同样值得你发自内心的忆念和顶礼。
Osifu tells you that your parents are also worth your heartfelt remembrance
and obeisance.
当然，师父的深意不仅仅如此......
Of course, Osifu meant more than that.
师父进一步要告诉你们：你们多生历劫有很多父母，不仅仅今生今世有父母。
Osifu wants to tell you further that you have too many parents in the
past lifetimes and eons, not only the parents in this life.
师父进一步要告诉你们：你们天上有父母，不仅仅今生今世有父母。
Osifu wants to tell you further that you have celestial parents, not only
the parents in this life.
师父进一步要告诉你们：你们天上的父母是你灵体的根。
Osifu wants to tell you further that your celestial parents are the roots
of your spiritual bodies.
师父进一步要告诉你们：那个孤伶仃的白发老人就是你们天上的父，天上的母。
Osifu wants to tell you further that the old people in white hair are
also your celestial parents.
师父进一步要告诉你们：那个孤伶仃的白发老人也是你们的亲人呀！
Osifu wants to tell you further that the old people in white hair are
also your loved ones.
师父进一步要告诉你们：那个孤伶仃的白发老人也希望你们团聚呀！
Osifu wants to tell you further that the old people in white hair also hope
to get together with you.
师父进一步要告诉你们：那个孤伶仃的白发老人也希望亲人团聚呀！
Osifu wants to tell you further that the old people in white hair also
want to get together with their families.
当然，师父要表达的还不仅仅如此......
Of cause, what Osifu wants to express is more than these.
师父要表达的只有心知道
Only the heart knows what Osifu wants to express.

心心相印
Mind acts upon mind.
心心相应
Mind responds to mind.
心心相通
Mind connects to mind.

Mind introjects mind.

今日中秋，念佛的弟子有缘人继续念佛，没有念佛的弟子有缘人最好从今天开始念佛
Osifu proposes that today is the Mid- Autumn Day, those disciples and
predestined friends who keep reciting the Buddha continue doing it, and those
who haven’t start from today.

今日中秋，诵经的弟子有缘人继续诵经，没有诵经的弟子有缘人最好从今天开始诵经。
Osifu proposes that today is the Mid- Autumn Day, those disciples and
predestined friends who chant sutras continue doing it, and those haven’t start

Osifu proposes that today is the Mid- Autumn Day, those disciples and
predestined friends who engage in mind discipline, cultivation and practice
continue doing it, and those who haven’t start from today.

多好呀！
