Ten Verses for Reflection
September 19th, 2011
秋意渐浓，天气渐凉。
It is getting into the late autumn and the weather
is also getting cold.
弟子有缘人及时添衣，照顾好自己的色身。
All the followers and predestined friends wear warm
accordingly and take good care of your physical bodies.
造福苍生普济万灵离不开一个健强的体魄。
Bring bliss to all under heaven and benefit billions
of spirits cannot be separated from a health and strong physique.
《潮头立》

秋风秋雨路人稀，
〇妙弹指点太虚。
金光大道通天地，
一叶慈舟潮头立。
Stands on the Waves
and Tide

There are few
passers-by in the autumnal winds and rains; Osifu flicks his fingers pointing
to the void cosmos.
A golden Way
connects the Heaven and Earth, while a compassion ferryboat stands on the waves
and tide.

秋风秋雨愁煞人，
迷迷蒙蒙遍地金。
车水马龙奔前程，
熙熙攘攘似流云。
Like Floating Clouds

It makes people extremely
worried in such autumnal winds and rains, there are gold scattering everywhere
on the ground in the mist and frog.
People are all driven
by their ambition on the busy street, where is hustling and bustling like
floating clouds.

秋风秋雨秋色冷，
冷冷清清心如镜。
镜中观月月无影，
影中观月大光明。
Great Brightness

Both the autumnal winds and rains make the autumn
cold, but my mind is as clear as a mirror in such coldness and cheerlessness.
One can never find the shadow of the moon when
watches it in the mirror, but when looks into the shadow; he can find the great
brightness.

秋风秋雨秋夜静，
万丈红尘浊浪滚。
欲抛丝绦钓金鳞，
奈何泥沙迷龙睛。
Obscured the Dragon’s
Eyes

The autumn
evening is quiet in such autumnal winds and rains, but the turbid waves are
rolling wildly in the defiled world of mortals.
I had an
intention to throw silk thread to fish the dragon, but regrettably the mud and
sands obscured the dragon’s eyes.

秋风秋雨秋意浓，
阵阵清香入心胸。

Visit the Emptiness

It is getting
into late autumn with such autumnal winds and rains, and bursts of fragrance
are inhaled into my chest.
I opened the
window overlooking the misty and hazy night sky, wondering whose sweet osmanthus
has visited the emptiness.

秋风秋雨秋叶落，
叶落归根不放歌。
放歌宇内唤过客，

Get Close to Me

The leaves of
trees are falling in the autumnal winds and rains, and the falling leaves
finally return to their roots quietly without singing.
I am singing in
the cosmos calling for the passers-by, but only those who free their minds with
nothing attached could get close to me.

《精勤多》

秋风秋雨秋实硕，
无有耕耘何来果？
君观诸佛莲台坐，
可知旷劫精勤多？
Working Hard and
Diligently

Rich fruits get
ripe in the autumnal winds and rains, and without hard working how can one get
innumerable great achievements?
Seeing the
Buddhas and Bodhisattvas seated themselves highly on the golden lotus tower,
but do you know that since countless eons they have been working hard and
diligently?
