当我们清晨睁开双眼,我们应该思维些什么呢?
What should be thinking of when we open our eyes early in morning?
有的人说,我还活着,真好!
Somebody said: ‘I am still alive!’ very good!
有的人说,新的一天,真好!
Somebody said: ‘A new day!’ very good!
有的人说,看到光明,真好!
Somebody said: ‘I can still see the light!’ very good!
有的人说,清新空气,真好!
Somebody said: ‘Fresh air!’ very good!
有的人说,该精进了,真好!
Somebody said: ‘It’s time to practice diligently! ’ very good!
有的人说,还有机缘,真好!
Somebody said: ‘Still have opportunities!’ very good!
有的人说,新的开始,真好!
Somebody said: ‘It’s a new start!’ very good!
有的人说,随缘度日,真好!
Somebody said: ‘Live according to situations!’ very good!
有的人说,无欲无求,真好!
Somebody said: ‘No desires and no seeking!’ very good!
有的人说,无我无为,真好!
Somebody said: ‘Be egoless and unconditioned!’ very good!
有的人说,无争无诤,真好!

有的人说,清净梵行,真好!

有的人说,平等无别,真好!
Somebody said: ‘Be equal to others and never judge!’ very good!
有的人说,无系无缚,真好!
Somebody said: ‘To live with nothing attached to the mind!’ very good!
有的人说,无住安然,真好!
Somebody said: ‘To live with a free mind!’ very good!
有的人说,融于自然,真好!
Somebody said: ‘To immerse into the Nature and be with it!’ very good!
有的人说,融于宇宙,真好!
Somebody said: ‘To immerse into the Universe and be with it!’ very good!
有的人说,同步规律,真好!
Somebody said: ‘To comply with the Law!’ very good!
有的人说,顺应大道,真好!
Somebody said: ‘To conform to the Way!’ very good!
有的人说,忆佛念佛,真好!
Somebody said: ‘To keep remembrance of the Buddha!’ very good!
有的人说,常念三宝,真好!
Somebody said: ‘Keep the Triple Gem in mind!’ very good!
有的人说,三业清净,真好!
Somebody said: ‘To live with purified body, mouth and mind!’ very good!
有的人说,国泰民安,真好!
Somebody said: ‘The country is prosperous and the people are at peace!’ very good!
有的人说,风调雨顺,真好!
Somebody said: ‘The weather is favorable!’ very good!
有的人说,秋高气爽,真好!
Somebody said: ‘What a relaxed autumn!’ very good!
有的人说,家庭温馨,真好!
Somebody said: ‘What a warm family!’ very good!
有的人说,社会和谐,真好!
Somebody said: ‘What a harmonious society!’ very good!
有的人说,政治清明,真好!
Somebody said: ‘What a rational Government!’ very good!
如果你如是思维,你是有福报的,你是幸运的。应当珍惜这一切!
You are blessed and lucky if you think so. We should cherish these all!
当然这只是一个方面。
Surely, this is only one aspect.
另一面呢?
How about the other side?
你同时时刻遭各种恶恼诸苦所逼。
Meanwhile, you are suffering from all kinds of evil, anger and suffering.
生苦 The suffering of birth.
老苦The suffering of aging.
病苦The suffering of illness.
死苦The suffering of death.
爱别离苦The suffering of separation from beloved ones.
怨憎会苦The suffering of hatred and complaints.
求不得苦The suffering of desires.
五阴炽盛苦The suffering from the five aggregates.
佛说四圣谛法:苦、集、灭、道。
‘The Four Noble Truths’ was spoken by the Buddha, namely, there are suffering, accumulating, extinction and the Way.
 “就是如是不颠倒,即是真理。
‘Truth’ means suchness without upside-down, is the truth.
圣谛是圣人所知之绝对正确的真理。
‘The Noble Truth’ is the absolute truth known by the sages.
四圣谛说四种真理:一者、苦圣谛;二者、集圣谛;三者、灭圣谛;四者、道圣谛。
‘The Four Noble Truths’ spoke the kinds of truths, that is, first the noble truth of suffering, second the noble truth of accumulating, third the noble truth of extinction, and fourth the noble truth of the Way.
佛陀阐释四圣谛的目的,是要告诉我们世间的因果以及出世间的因果。
The purpose that the Buddha expounded the Four Noble Truths was to tell us that the cause and effect of the world as well as that of forsaking the world (Lokuttara).
是指世间的苦果;是苦升起的原因--世间因;
 “是苦熄灭的果--出世间的果;是灭苦的方法,通往涅盘的道路--出世间的因。
‘Suffering’ means the miserable effects caused in this world. ‘Accumulating’ is the reason that causes the suffering --the cause in the world.  
‘Extinction’ means the effect after the suffering is extinguished--the effect of forsaking the world (Lokuttara).
The ‘Way’ is the method to extinguish the suffering, is also the way to Nirvana--the cause of forsaking the world (Lokuttara).
在经典中有这样的比喻:众生的身心有种种的生死业以及烦恼,即是有各种的心病,佛陀将此病情,以及病情之所在处,告诉众生,并且指出那些解脱的圣人,没有病苦而得到的愉悦,以及解脱病苦的方法。
There is such an analogy in the sutras that there are all kinds of karma of birth and death as well as annoyance in the physical bodies and minds of the living beings, which means that the living beings have many sorts of mental diseases. The Buddha told the living beings the state and condition of the diseases and pointed out those sages who have released from birth and death have no sufferings but only joys, also the Buddha told the methods about how to escape from the disease.
苦谛:说明世间是苦果。我们要知道苦有如病,应该遍知,这是世间的苦果,也是生死的流转。我们要知道所有的病,才能医治它。
The truth of suffering expressed the world is the cause that brings about the miserable effects. We should know and understand that the suffering is the disease, is the miserable effects resulted from the world, and the cause for the birth and death reincarnations. We should know the disease in order to have it cured.
集谛:说明业与烦恼是苦的根源。我们要知道病苦的原因,将之断除。这是世间的因果,也是生死的流转,但是它指出我们生死流转的原因。
The truth of accumulating expressed that the karma and annoyance are the source of the suffering. In order to cut off the disease we have to know the reasons of the agony, which is the cause and effect in the world, also it pointed out the reasons of the birth and death transmigration.
灭谛:说明解脱与证果。众生无时无刻不在病苦中,我们要知道没病苦的快乐是怎样的?要认识怎样的人是没有病苦的?要证知怎样才是没有病?这是指出世间的果,就是解脱、清净的境界--涅盘。
The truth of extinction expressed how to relieve from birth and death and attain the Bodhi fruition. The living beings are in the suffering and agony all the time, and we should know what the joy is without agony and disease? That refers to the effect of forsaking the world (Lokuttara), which is to attain liberation and the pure state-nirvana.
道谛:说明离苦的道路。我们要知道修道的方法有如良药,应该修学。这是指出世间的因,我们应该学习、掌握一些修道的方法,努力不懈地修行,最后就可解脱生死。
‘The truth of the Way’ expressed the methods to escape the suffering. We should know that the methods of cultivating are like medicine and further studies should be paid to it. It pointed out the cause of forsaking the world (Lokuttara), and we should learn to master some methods for our cultivation, and to practice with perseverance till we gain release from birth and death.
苦圣谛
The Noble Truth of Suffering
苦即是逼恼的意思。众生经常被无常所患累、所逼恼,所以说是苦。苦相可分为三苦以及八苦;苦果可分为有情世间以及器世间两种果报。
Suffering is the anger forced by something trouble. The living beings are often suffered from impermanence and get tired of it, so that is the suffering. The suffering can be divided into three sufferings and eight sufferings, while the effects of suffering can be divided into two kinds of retribution of the visible world and the invisible world.
集圣谛
The Noble Truth of Accumulating
集圣谛是苦的生因,他能集生死苦,故称为集圣谛。集就是招感集取,招感就是业力被烦恼所引发出来;集取就是烦恼在造业。因为我们过去造种种的业形成力量,加上过去与现在种种烦恼的引发,使我们受种种苦。所以这个集圣谛所要讲的就是烦恼以及烦恼所造的诸业行。
The Noble Truth of Accumulating is the reason for suffering, which accumulates the suffering of birth and death so as to be called the Noble Truth of Accumulating. ‘Accumulating’ is to gather together, which means the power of karma was aroused by annoyance, and meanwhile the annoyance creates the karma.  The suffering we’ve been suffered is because the power formed by the karma we’ve created in the past and the power triggered by the annoyance made in the past and at the present. So the Noble Truth of Accumulating expressed the annoyance and the karmas brought about by the annoyance.
灭圣谛
The Noble Truth of Extinction
灭圣谛即是苦灭圣谛。它说明众生可以从生死相续不断的苦报中得到解脱。灭是指灭除惑、业、苦,断著贪嗔痴等无明烦恼,不再有造作之心,究竟不生,不生所以不灭,即是涅盘。
The Noble Truth of Extinction is to extinguish the suffering. It shows that the living beings can gain relief from the continuous retribution of birth and death. Extinction means to eliminate the confusion, karma, suffering, cut off the ignorant annoyance such as greediness, hatred and delusion to live in a pure mind without creating annoyance, which is a state of creating nothing, no creates is immortal, is eternal, is the Nirvana.
道圣谛
The Noble Truth of the Way
道是出世间的因,解脱苦的方法,通往涅盘之路称为道。广义的说有三十七道品,狭义的说有八正道。
The Way is the cause of forsaking the world (Lokuttara) and the method to release from sufferings. The path leading to the Nirvana is called the Way. Broadly speaking there is the Bodhipakkhiya-Dhamma thirty-seven methods, and narrowly speaking there is the Eightfold Path.
佛说四圣谛及十二因缘法非常重要,或者说以此破解了生死轮回的奥秘。
The Four Noble Truths and the Twelvefold Conditioned Arising Method spoken by the Buddha is very important, which is the method to crack the mystery of birth and death reincarnation.
释迦牟尼佛成功破解了生死轮回的谜团,你们一定要深入参悟四圣谛及十二因缘法。
Shakyamuni Buddha successfully cracked the mystery of reincarnation, so all of you must understand and keep in-depth study of the Four Noble Truths and the Twelvefold Conditioned Arising Method.
诸佛如来示现都要开演四圣谛及十二因缘法,这也是宇宙规律。
The manifestations of all Buddhas have to give teachings about the Four Noble Truths and the Twelvefold Conditioned Arising Method, which is the Law of the Universe.
人道苦多乐少。
There are more sufferings than joys for the humankind.
知苦、觉苦、离苦、方能得清凉呀。
Only knowing of the sufferings, be awareness of it and getting rid of it can you achieve the ultimate happiness.
如何离苦得清凉呢?
How to achieve the ultimate happiness?
唯有修圣道。
The only way is to cultivate the noble Way.
八大人觉经讲得非常好:舍离五欲,修心圣道。
The Eight Great Awakenings Sutra has made a great comment, that is, to forsake the five desires and to cultivate the mind in the manner of Sages.
弟子有缘人:若想成就必须舍离五欲,修心圣道。
All the followers and predestined friends, to make great achievements you have to forsake the five desires and to cultivate the mind in the manner of Sages.
弟子有缘人:若想圆满必须舍离五欲,修心圣道。
All the followers and predestined friends, to achieve the perfection you have to forsake the five desires and to cultivate the mind in the manner of Sages.
弟子有缘人:若想回家必须舍离五欲,修心圣道。
All the followers and predestined friends, to return the original home you have to forsake the five desires and to cultivate the mind in the manner of Sages.
弟子有缘人:若想回归必须舍离五欲,修心圣道。
All the followers and predestined friends, to achieve the great returning you have to forsake the five desires and to cultivate the mind in the manner of Sages.
五欲难舍今生舍
Though it is hard to abandon the five desires, we have to make it in this life.
圣道难行今生行
Though it is hard to practice the noble Way, we have to make it in this life.
圣果难证今生证
Though it is hard to attain the noble Bodhihood, we have to make it in this life.
有家难归今生归
Though it is hard to return the Home, we have to make it in this life.

看到大家辛苦的突破重重考验,师父很欣慰!
Seeing each of you work hard to break through the numerous tests, Osifu is very pleased.
〇曰:难行能行大丈夫。
Osifu says that a real man does everything that is difficult.
〇曰:难忍能忍大丈夫。
Osifu says that a real man bears everything that is difficult.
〇曰:千锤百炼出真金。
Osifu says that the pure gold is born in thousands of tempered hammering.
〇曰:千磨万考证金身。
Osifu says that the gold body is attained after numerous hardships and tests.
〇曰:各自观心,熄灭妄习。
Osifu says that each of you looks into your own mind and extinguishes your delusive habits.
〇曰:同心同德,其利断金。
Osifu says that the power of working in one heart and one mind can cut the gold.
提升越大 考验越大
Greater ascension, greater tests!
提升越快 考验越多
Faster ascension, more tests!
佛菩萨在看着你们
The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are watching you.
师父在看着你们
Osifu is watching you.
护法神在记录你们的功德过失
The protective deities are keeping records of your virtuous deeds and negligence.
各自观照自心
Each of you looks into your own mind and reflects yourself.
继续精进
Keep on working diligently.
你们早就不是孩子了
You are no longer kids.
按菩萨的标准要求你们
Cultivate yourselves by the standards of Bodhisattvas.
外显老百姓 内密菩萨行
Appear as an ordinary but practice in the manner of a Bodhisattva.
不可以一切由着自己的想法习惯来。
Don’t behave yourself according to your own ideas and habits.
我们是可以战胜习气的。
We can conquer the habits.
必须战胜习气!
We have to conquer the habits.
除尽习气方成正觉。
Only remove all bad habits can you attain the enlightenment.
除尽习气方成正果。
Only remove all bad habits can you attain the Bodhihood.
你们要有大成就
岂能和普通修行人一样!
How can you cultivating yourself as an ordinary person if you want to make great achievements!
严于律己
Be self-disciplined!
率先垂范
Set yourself as the example!
不要辜负师父对你们的期望
Don’t discourage the expectations that Osifu has for you.
带好头
Be a good model!
发挥模范带头作用!
Play well the exemplary role!
