Never Waste Time

今天提前十几分钟来给大家开示，时间太宝贵了！争分夺秒呀！
Today Osifu came to give you instructional discourse ten minutes in
advance. Time is too precious and we have to race against time!
你们当中有的人还在睡觉或者正在洗漱，但师父的法会已经开始了，不能等呀。
Some of you may still in sleeping or washing but Osifu’s Dharma Assembly
has already started. Time never waits!
今天师父做一个要求，尽管是网络法会，但和灵山法会一样同样的殊胜庄严。
Today Osifu would like to make a request. Even though it is online Dharma
Assembly but it is as extraordinary and stately as assembly on the Vulture
Peak.
你们一定要洗漱清净，清净身语意、恭恭敬敬、才可以听法。
You may listen to the discourse only after washing and cleaning yourself and
purifying you body, speech and mind, moreover, great respect is needed.
兴中子 无形的师父常说一句话：人间人做事，天上人看。
是这样的。
The invisible master of Xingzhongzi often says that the Celestials are
always watching over whatever the people on the Earth are doing. That is the
case.
你的起心动念、一言一行、举手投足，都有佛菩萨护法神在看着。
Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and the Protective Deities are always watching over
your heart-driven and shifting thoughts, every word and action as well as your
manner and gestures.
师父接下来一段时间是隔日开示，其余的时间你们也要早起6:00前起床最好，洗漱整理完毕后，可以做功课。必修课必须坚持、必须持之以恒，功到自然成呀！
一句谚语说得好：一日之计在于晨。
Next Osifu will give discourses every other day that you have to get up
early in morning, and at other time you best get up before 6 o’clock and you
may do your cultivation and practices after the wash gargle is finished. The
required cultivation and practices must be upheld with perseverance because you
may only be rewarded after enough efforts and strength is paid.
The proverb makes a good point: An hour in the morning worth two in the
evening.
晚上11:30之前一定要休息，不要熬夜。每天至少6到7小时的睡眠还是要保证的。
Be sure to rest before 11:30 pm and don’t stay up. At least 6 to 7 hours
of daily sleep must be ensured.
足够的睡觉时间是肉身的需要，也是灵体修炼的需要，我们必须顺应宇宙规律、自然法则、人体科学。
Enough sleeping time is necessary for the physical body as well as for
the cultivation of spiritual body. We have to comply with the cosmic law, the
nature rules and the human body science.
师父反复提示弟子有缘人要有强烈的时间观念，要惜时如金、要争分夺秒，要让每一分每一秒过的有意义有价值，绝不虚度光阴。
Osifu has repeatedly reminded all disciples and predestined friends to have
a strong concept of time. We have to treat the time as gold, race against time
to spend every minute in the most significant and valuable way and never waste
time.
师父今天只讲一个主题：时间！
Time, is the only theme of Osifu’s teaching today.
师父反复提示大家：我们在和时间赛跑！
Osifu has repeatedly reminded you all that we are racing against time.
师父反复提示大家：我们在和灾劫赛跑！
Osifu has repeatedly reminded you all that we are racing against
disasters.
师父反复提示大家：我们造福苍生普济万灵的有效时间越来越少！
Osifu has repeatedly reminded you all that the effective time we bring
bliss to all under heaven and benefit the sentient beings is getting less and
less.
师父反复提示大家：我们修心修行修炼提升的有效时间越来越少！
Osifu has repeatedly reminded you all that the effective time for our discipline,
cultivation and practices is getting les and less.
师父反复提示大家：我们救人度人圆满使命的有效时间越来越少
Osifu has repeatedly reminded you all that the effective time we save and
rescue humans and fulfill our missions is getting less and less.
师父反复提示大家：我们早就已经开始倒计时了！
Osifu has repeatedly reminded you all that we’ve already start the
countdown long time ago.
师父反复提示大家：我们必须要争分夺秒！
Osifu has repeatedly reminded you all that we must race against time.
师父反复提示大家：时空无情！
Osifu has repeatedly reminded you all that the ruthlessness of the time
and space.
师父反复提示大家：时间流无情！
Osifu has repeatedly reminded you all that the ruthlessness of the time
flow.
师父反复提示大家：岁月无情！
Osifu has repeatedly reminded you all that the ruthlessness of the aging.
师父反复提示大家：规律无情！
Osifu has repeatedly reminded you all that the ruthlessness of the Law.
师父反复提示大家：法则无情！
Osifu has repeatedly reminded you all that the ruthlessness of the Rules.
师父反复提示大家：科学无情！
Osifu has repeatedly reminded you all that the ruthlessness of the
Science.
师父反复提示大家：大道无情！
Osifu has repeatedly reminded you all that the ruthlessness of the Great Way
有时候，师父也会叹气，因为师父明觉无情与有情。
Sometimes Osifu also sighs because Osifu is clearly aware of the
ruthlessness and affection.

天地无情规律行，
天地有情度亿灵。
世爱俗情六道滚，
大慈大悲方真情。

Expresses the True Love

The Heaven and Earth perform its Law
ruthlessly, by which, it instructs the beings affectionately.
The secular love and affection makes
people transmigrating in the six Realms, and only the great kindness and
compassion expresses the true love.
A verse is written for
disciples and predestined friends to study and reflect.

时空流转愁煞人，
白骨如山血泪浸。
地球过客尘归尘，
不如归去回宙心。

Return to the Cosmic Source

The running and conversion of the time and
space worries me a lot. I am blurred with tears seeing the bones piles like
mountains.
All the passers-by on the Earth will
return to the earth at last just like the dust itself, so it’s better return to
the Cosmic Source.
A verse is written for
disciples and predestined friends to study and reflect.
就以此偈《回宙心》作为今日法会的结语吧！
Let’s conclude the today’s Assembly here by the verse of Return to the Cosmic Source.
〇说而已，仅供弟子有缘人参悟。 希望能够对弟子有缘人有所启发。
