Spend your Time Wisely

近期很忙，有形无形都很忙。
It's been very busy recently. Both the
visible and the invisible are quite busy.
有形在调整，无形也在调整，无形调整得更快。
The visible is being adjusting, so is the
invisible, which is adjusting much faster.
无形推动有形。
The visible is pushed forward by the
invisible.
阳在调整，阴也在调整，阴调整得更快。
Yang is in the process of adjustment, so
is Yin, which is adjusting much faster.
阴推动阳。
Yang is pushed forward by Yin.
师父很忙，一直很忙。
Osifu is very busy, and has always been
busy.
很想挤时间给大家开示，但实在太忙。
Osifu always wants to squeeze time to
give you teachings. But it's been really too busy.
有太多的有无形的事需要师父奉献时间精力。
Too many matters in both visible and
invisible world need Osifu to devote time and efforts.
师父的时间精力是有限的，一天也只有24小时。
Osifu's time and efforts is limited, since
Osifu also has only 24 hours in a day after all.
在等红绿灯的时候，师父觉得很浪费时间，时间太宝贵了。
When waiting for the traffic lights, Osifu
feels it's wasting time because time is too precious.
在吃饭的时候，师父觉得很浪费时间，时间太宝贵了。
When having dinner, Osifu feels it's
wasting time because time is too valuable.
在睡觉的时候，师父觉得很浪费时间，时间太宝贵了。
When sleeping, Osifu feels it's wasting
time because time is too treasure.
师父没有时间用来应酬。
Osifu has no time for social engagement.
师父没有时间用来逛街。
Osifu has no time to go shopping.
师父没有时间用来寒暄。
Osifu has no time for small talks.
师父没有时间用来享受。
Osifu has no time for enjoyment.
师父没有时间用来浪费。
Osifu has no time to be wasted.
师父没有时间像凡人一样生活。
Osifu has no time to live as earthling.
师父没有时间像凡人一样工作。
Osifu has no time to work as earthling.
师父一直很清楚地感知到时间流。
Osifu always realizes the flow of time.
师父一直很清楚地感知到岁月潮。
Osifu always realizes the waves of aging.
师父一直在倒计时，今生今世师父的时间是有限的。
Osifu is always counting down, because Osifu's
time in this life is limited.
今生今世师父为众生奉献的有效时间并不多。这一点师父非常清楚。
Osifu clearly knows that the time in this
life can be devoted to sentient beings is not much.
师父常说：修行犹如逆水行船，不进则退。
Osifu often tells you: Cultivation is like sailing against the current; either you
keep forging ahead or you keep falling behind.
如果你能明晰的觉知到时间流，你是不敢浪费一分一秒的。因为一分一秒都是你的生命的一部分。
If you are able to be aware of the flow
of time, you'll not dare to waste one minute even one second, because one
minute or one second is a part of your life.
浪费时间就是在消耗生命。
Wasting time is as same as wasting life.
犹如船行水上，你走不走，水都在流。
It's like sailing boat on water. Water is
flowing whether you go or not.
我们知道世界上最宝贵的是生命。殊不知生命就是一分一秒组成的呀！
We know life is the most precious in the
world. However, it is hardly realized that life is just composed of every
minute and every second.
师父常说：修心修行修炼必须争分夺秒。
Osifu often tells you: Cultivation must
seize every minute and second.
师父常说：我们在和时间赛跑。
Osifu often tells you: We are racing
against time.
师父常说：我们在和灾劫赛跑。
Osifu often tells you: We are racing
against disasters.
师父常说：我们在和死神赛跑。
Osifu often tells you: We are racing
against death.
汝若不信，看看你自己和你的身边，用心悟一悟。
If you don't believe, just look at
yourself and those around you, and comprehend by heart.
你的亲人一个一个的离开了你，你没有觉察到吗？
Your family members left you one by one. Haven’t
you realized that?
你的皱纹一条一条的爬满脸额，你没有觉察到吗？
Wrinkles are climbing on your whole face
one by one. Haven’t you realized that?
你的白发一根一根的取代黑发，你没有觉察到吗？
White hairs are replacing your black hair
one by one. Haven’t you realized that?
你的精力一点一点的大不如前，你没有觉察到吗？
Your energy has been much watering down little
by little. Haven’t you realized that?
你的眼眸一丝一丝的失去光泽，你没有觉察到吗？
Your eyes are losing luster bit by bit. Haven’t
you realized that?
你的体魄一分一分的失去力量，你没有觉察到吗？
Your body is losing strength little by little.
Haven’t you realized that?
正如有的人说,人从生下来就走向坟墓。
As some people said: Man is going to the
tome as soon as he is born.
听起来很不舒服，但很有哲理。
It sounds uncomfortable,
but is full of philosophical meanings.
吾等应当时时警觉。
We should be always alert.
珍惜生命中的每一分每一秒，把它花在最有价值最有意义的事情上。
Cherish every minute and every second in
life and spend them on the most valuable and significant things.
支配权在你。
It's up to you.
但是，很可惜、很遗憾、很痛心。太多太多的人把时间花费在无意义无价值的事情上，有的甚至把大量的时间花费在造恶业上。
However, it's so pitiful, regretful and
mortifying, because too many people spend time on meaningless and worthless things,
some people even spend large amount of time on committing evils.
有的人把大量的生命花费在杀生吃肉上，造下重重恶业，致使坠落沉沦。
Some people spend a great deal of time on
slaughtering
and eating the meat of sentient beings. Numerous evils have been created, and
as a result they are led to downfall and degeneration.
有的人把大量的生命花费在贪欲偷盗上，造下重重恶业，致使坠落沉沦。
Some people spend a great deal of time on
covetousness and
stealing. Numerous evils have been created, and as a result they are led to
downfall and degeneration.
有的人把大量的生命花费在淫欲情爱上，造下重重恶业，致使坠落沉沦。

sexual desires and
worldly love affairs. Numerous evils have been created, and as a result they
