回家的大道一定要精勤
Do catch up with the moment of going home.
Do seize the opportunity of going home.
Do practice the Way of going home diligently.
回家的航向一定要明晰
回家的脚步一定要扎实
Do be clearly aware of the direction of
going home.
Do bear in mind the path of going home.
Do lay a strong foundation for the footstep
of going home.
回家的道心一定要坚固
回家的阻力一定要突破
回家的障碍一定要化解
Do firm the determination of going home.
Do tamp the resolve of going home.
Do iron out the obstacles of going home.
你们的心最明白，随着修行修炼层次的提高，你们的：
地魂已渐明
天魂已渐合
三魂已渐融
Your mind knows the best. With the level improvement
of your practice and cultivation, your ego-self has been gradually purified,
your high-self has been gradually awakened, your true-self has been gradually united;
therefore, the three souls have been integrated progressively.
The main problem for most of cultivators is
holding the pile while shaking the scull.
Muddling along, you will be retrograded.
得过且过 你会污染的。
Muddling along, you will be polluted.
Muddling along, you will be low-spirited.
Muddling along, you will lose your chance.
得过且过 你会退转的。
Muddling along, you will retreat your
resolve for Bodhi.
得过且过 你会留下的。
Muddling along, you will be left behind.
Muddling along, you will be degenerated.
得过且过 你会消散的。
Muddling along, you will be dissipated.
是的 机不可失！
Yes, opportunity knocks but once.
是的 时不我待！
Yes, time waits for no man.
是的 不进则退！
Yes, one will fall behind if no progress is
made.
是的 不回即留！
Yes, one will leave behind if not return
home.
是的 不升即坠！
Yes, one will fall down if not ascend.
Yes, when the moon isn’t in wax, it in wane.
是的 不觉即迷！
Yes, when one isn’t enlightened, one is
puzzled.
修行修炼犹如逆水行舟，不进则退！当勤精进。
抓住当下勇猛精进，比什么都重要！
Practice and cultivation is just like
sailing a boat against the current, one will fall behind if no progress is made.
Do practice diligently. To grasp
the present moment to practice courageously and diligently is much more
important than anything else!
